Subject: Journal Question
Having put down and picked up my restaging of the interminable but
crucial oration of Canterbury which begins Act I, Sc.2 of H5, I am now
into my 10th and final draft (hopefully final), and trying to determine
where to submit it. Several Shakespearean scholars have suggested that I
send it to a Dramaturgical and Performance Journal, but there are a
bewildering number of these, far more than I expected, and hard for me
to evaluate. I've written to a few asking if they accept
performance-oriented pieces, but so far, no joy.
Any suggestions? My previous Shakespearean stuff has appeared in
psychiatric/-analytic and film scholarly venues, and has not been
performance related at
all.
Thanks in advance.
