Subject:    Metrical and Prosodic Complexity in Shakespeare's Pentameter

I am currently trying to investigate the ways in which people perceive metrical 
and prosodic complexity in Shakespeare's pentameter. I would be very grateful to 
anyone who could assist me in this by downloading the multiple-choice form in 
this small Excel file (27 kb):
