Subject:	Komar's Measure for Measure

Does anyone know how to obtain in either DVD format a copy of Measure for 
Measure, dir. Bob Komar?

According to the Lovefilm website 
<http://www.lovefilm.com/product/86988-Measure-For-Measure.html>, the film was 
released in DVD in Great Britain by Press on Features in August 2007, but I 
cannot find a U.S. release.
