Subject:    Update and Plans

Dear List Members,

I have been in bed for the majority of the past two weeks with a 
miserable case of the flu. (Thanks for the kind thoughts, but no need 
for e-mails of commiseration, please.) I arose today with more energy 
than I have had in some time and started getting one idea after another. 
I have shared one of these with the members of the SHAKSPER Book Review 
Panel and will report on it in a few days.

I plan to start today's SHAKSPER business with the announcements I have 
received and work my way toward the discussion items. Should I become 
depleted of energy, I will stop and resume tomorrow where I left off.

This note is by way of explanation and to let anyone who has submitted 
something and does not see it today that it is on its way.
