Shakespeare Visions: Film & Text . . .
ENGL 16 - 3 units - Transfer: CSU
Shakespeare's plays were written to be heard and seen. English 16
Shakespeare Visions offers an entirely new way to enjoy the works of
William Shakespeare. In addition to reading selected plays, students
will compare film versions of the works and participate in an on-line
discussion forum. Students access various films through Netflix and
other commercial sources and view them at their leisure over the course
of a 16-week semester.
English 16 offers 3-units of academic credit, transferable to 4-year
