"to time thou growst" means to grow attached to time. Booth says the image is of a graft, and that's probably right, though there might be other possibilities. He thinks the lines are lines that hold a graft in place, which seems to me to be over thinking it. In these eternal lines you will grow attached to time. Hence as long as time lives you will too.
