Dr. Weil: The fault may have nothing to do with PBS but with the RSC, who might not have granted rights to PBS to stream the video in Canada.

But it is available from Zip in Canada, the Canadian equivalent of Netflix, along with a number of other Shakespeare titles including a zany commedia dell'arte version of Taming of the Shrew from the Broadway Theater Archive.
