Subject:      Dates Announced for Stratford "Tempest" Screenings

This past July, the Stratford Festival made HD recordings of its production of "The Tempest" 
starring Christopher Plummer. Dates have now been announced for screenings of the film across 
Canada.  In 2009, similar showings of the festival's production of Shaw's "Caesar and Cleopatra" 
(also starring Plummer) did so well that further opportunities were added. The recording was 
subsequently aired on Canadian television and released on DVD, as will also be the case with "The 
Tempest."

They will take place on Nov. 6, 10, and 14 in Cineplex theaters across Canada. 
Next spring, the video will air on Bravo Canada. 

I saw this production of "The Tempest" in June, and it's mesmerizing.  So if you weren't able to get 
to Stratford to see it live (or even if you did!), and you're within driving range of one of the 
Cineplex theaters that will participate in the screening, definitely go see it!
