Apparently, the English translation will be out next year, and she assures 
me in the comments on Reform Judaism blog it will have a huge impact on the 
future of Shakespearean biography.

Now where have I heard that before?

Failing that does anyone know of Ghislain Muller's reputation in scholarly 
Shakespeare circles?
