Last night, I sat on my couch and watched with great enjoyment as the
Twitter topic #ShakesPalin grew in fury and pun-iness. For those of you with
lives (or televisions), this meme got its proud start yesterday when Sarah
Palin tweeted in reference to an almost-word she said last week on Fox:

so recently, they have power in their words. They could refudiate what it is
this group is saying, and they could set the record straight, and they could

For someone like Palin, whose greatest fear, I'd wager, is not being hated
but being ignored, and who is often ignored by people who love grammar and
Shakespeare, the tweet was a stroke of genius, because is there anything
