Subject: NYTimes Editors Select Hamlet Web Sites
Before New Year's I announced the following:
> The editors of the New York Times have identified four web sites as resources on
> Hamlet:
>
> http://topics.nytimes.com/topics/reference/timestopics/subjects/h/hamlet/index.html
>
> Three of the four are under the direction of members of SHAKSPER:
>
> Nicholas Clary's HamletWork.org
> http://www.leoyan.com/global-language.com/ENFOLDED/index.html
>
> Peter Donaldson's Hamlet on the Ramparts
> http://shea.mit.edu/ramparts/welcome.htm
>
> And the Hamlet Criticism section of Terry Gray's Mr. Shakespeare and the Internet
> http://shakespeare.palomar.edu/playcriticism.htm#Hamlet
>
> Congratulations to all.
Nick Clary gently corrected me:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let me correct your announcement: www.hamletworks.org is not under my direction, though I am one of the
co-editors. Bernice W. Kliman co-ordinates this project, and the other co-editors are Hardin Aasand and
Eric Rasmussen. Jeffery Triggs is our web master. Thanks for noticing the item in the NY Times. We are
proud of being recognized as one of the premier web site resources on Hamlet.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My apologies to all involved with the project.
