Assistant/Associate Professor of Renaissance Literature
The Department of English at The Catholic University of America
(Washington, D.C.) seeks a tenure-track assistant/associate professor
specializing in the Renaissance with primary interest in non-dramatic
literature, to begin Fall 2007.
Candidates must show strong promise of scholarly productivity and
excellence in teaching. Ph.D. expected at time of appointment. The
successful candidate will be able and willing to offer a diverse range
of courses at all levels, from undergraduate surveys to advanced
graduate seminars (3/2 teaching load). Salary will be commensurate with
experience and qualifications. Information about the department and its
