In his "TABLE OF The several EDITIONS OF SHAKESPEARE'S PLAYS,
Collected by the Editor," *Works of Shakespeare* (1733), vol. I, sigs.
Ii3v-Ii4r, Theobald has both the 1709 and the 1714 editions of Rowe's
*Shakespear*. There is some discussion of Theobald's use of Rowe in
my *Lewis Theobald and the Editing of Shakespeare* (Clarendon Press,
1990), pp. 56, 58-60, 70, 133-34.
