In May, I'll be teaching a small class that will be attending *Macbeth* and
*Merry Wives of Windsor,* among other plays, at the Stratford Shakespeare
Festival in June. Instead of my usual close-reading style, I'm hoping to take
a more performance-oriented approach to these plays in class, allowing us to
talk about staging issues and the process of bringing life to the text. Since
neither of these plays are in my usual survey syllabus, I'd appreciate any
thoughts or suggestions that list members might have. Please feel free to
contact me directly at my e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Thanks,
