Comment: Re: SHK 9.0358 Re: RSC

Because of a student cancellation, I happen to have a spot open in my
course entitled Shakespeare in Stratford, which will run at the
University of Scranton from Aug. 3-13, Mon-Thurs. 1-4 pm, then depart
for a week-long residency at the Shakespeare Centre in
Stratford-upon-Avon Aug. 15-23. The course will focus on five plays in
the RSC Repertory (*2 Gents*, *Measure*, *12Night*, *Tempest*, and
*Merchant*) plus one play at the Globe in London (*As You Like It*).
The cost is $2200, which includes 3 credits of undergraduate tuition,
plus transportation, lodgings (B & B's while in Stratford), theater
tickets, classes at the Shakespeare Centre, and some various tours. On
the off chance that someone on this list will either be, or knows
someone who will be, in Northeastern Pennsylvania around this time of
year and looking for an excellent opportunity to study Shakespeare in
Performance, please let me know off list.
