Here's what Naseeb Shaheen has to say about the Apocrypha: separated
from the other books of the Old Testament by Coverdale and thereafter
usually printed as a separate section, but "well-known to Shakespeare,
for it appeared in all the complete English Bibles published during his
lifetime" (*Biblical References in Shakespeare's Tragedies* 17-18. And
about the Douay or Rheims: "it is most unlikely that Shakespeare
possessed a copy or was familiar with its readings" (30).

As it happens, I am in the process of completing a review of the
Chadwyck-Healey The Bible in English database. In all Reformation-era
complete Bibles except the Rheims Douai, The Apocrypha or The bookes of
Hagiographa are placed in a separate section between the Old and the New
Testaments. I have compiled a table of contents for each of these (The
Coverdale, The Great Bible, The Thomas Matthew, The Bishops Bible, The
Geneva Bible, and The King James Version) and attached them below. I was
unable to locate a standalone table of contents for the Rheims Douai, so
I have included at the very end the section from the Rheims Douai
entitled "THE SVMME AND PARTITION OF THE HOLIE BIBLE. With a brife note
of the Canonical and Apochryphal Bookes."
