While I cannot defend judges' demands for sexual bribes, it seems at
least underhanded for Angelo to enter into matrimony because of having
sexual relations with someone other than the intended party. Under
modern legal analysis, it would not, strictly speaking, be entrapment
(because of Angelo's demonstrated predilection for committing the
unlawful conduct), but a good defense lawyer could do a lot with it.

And, to answer my own question, certain characters in the history plays
would probably fit the definition of "lecherous"-Edward IV, and maybe
Joan the Puzzell, depending on whether she really did go to bed with any
of the potential fathers named for her nonexistent baby, and what her
motives were.
