Re: Shakespeare's references to the Bible, there is a very good online
essay by list member David Kathman.  It is actually an examination of
the Oxfordian claim that Edward de Vere is the author of Shakespeare's
plays, and that his authorship can be seen by comparing the annotations
in Oxford's Bible with the references to the Bible in Shakespeare - so
Kathman's essay was not written to study Shakespeare and the Bible, but
