Those with a serious interest in neologisms should consult Jurgen
Schafer's Documentation in the OED: Shakespeare and Nashe as Test Cases
(OUP, 1980), which conveniently lists all words first cited to
Shakespeare in OED, and A Reader in the Language of Shakespearean Drama,
ed. Vivian Salmon and Edwina Burness (Amsterdam, 1987), which reprints a
number of relevant articles.
