Sorry, Carol, but I don't have an e-mail address for Burton.  Besides, I
can't think of anything more effective than calling direct to his
office. An e-mail is too easily intercepted by an assistant and filed
away forever in the bowels of the BBC.

If anyone would like to organize a group to find alternative ways to
approach this subject, by all means jump in and do it.  The more
initiative that is taken in this matter, the more attainable our
objective becomes.
