Not with facing pages, but the Internet Shakespeare Editions has
versions of both quarto and folio for many plays, in its "Annex."

Richard Burt asks "Is there an online site that lets one read quarto and
Folio editions of the plays? With facing pages?" With*out* facing pages,
see, e.g.,
http://www.library.upenn.edu/etext/collections/furness/index.html
which offers a few such plays and a good deal of additional material.

The Furness Shakespeare Library at Penn has many early modern texts
online with the capability to view them side-by-side at:
http://www.library.upenn.edu/etext/collections/furness/

For Folio and quarto texts and facsimiles of Hamlet 1.4 and 1.5, see
"Hamlet on the Ramparts" at http://shea.mit.edu/ramparts. To place them
on facing "pages" go to "Reading Room".
