Subject: A Marlowe Film?

Dear all,

The following quotation is lifted from the movie page in tonight's
(Tuesday's) 'Belfast Telegragh' - a local rag here in Ulster:

'The love affair with all things Elizabethan isn't about to end. A film
on the life of playwright Christopher Marlowe - some still reckon he
wrote Shakespeare's plays! - is being planned, with Jude Law and
Jonathan Meyers in the running for the role and other parts likely to go
to Ewan McGregor and Michelle Pfeiffer. The company planning the movie
is owned by Law and McGregor ... so guess who are favourites for the
parts?'

Can anyone on the list verify the information/speculation in this
quotation?

           Yours, hoping it's all true,
                               Kevin De Ornellas
                                    Queen's University, Belfast

[Editor's Note: I do hope the film is titled "Marlowe in Love." -Hardy]
