Tanya Gough wrote of the BBC's Burton Cromer, who'd just told her the
BBC Shakespeare will certainly NOT become available for home video:

May I please call Tanya a few names?

How about persistent, caring, dedicated, hard working, long suffering,
creative, generous, and smart.

Tanya has repeatedly demonstrated all these traits in her, what, two
year long (?) pursuit of making the BBC Shakespeare available at
affordable prices. I want to thank Tanya for all the work she has done
and the frustration she has endured, not to mention unrecompensed
expenses, and I'm sure many on this list will join me.

Hardy, I did count to ten. I know you want messages like "well done,"
and "you go girl" to be sent off list. Sometimes things ought to be
said before the world, and I think thanking Tanya for trying so hard is
an example. She is doing it for us all.

Thanking people publicly. Hmmm...
