I would think the information that Thomas Larque is looking for could be
teased out without a lot of trouble from Alfred Harbage's _Annals of
English drama, 975-1700; an analytical record of all plays, extant or
lost, chronologically arranged and indexed by authors, titles,
dramatic_. Should be available in most academic libraries.
