A research group in child development was showing stories to
pre-schoolers and then asking them questions to see which medium got
through to the children best. After all this there was a segment of
time for free questions. They asked one boy about 3-4 which he liked
best. He replied with confidence "the radio." "Why?" Again very firm
assurance, "the pictures are better."
