Subject: Double Falshood and I
I just wanted to introduce myself. I am only an amateur actor, and not
a scholar at all, but I have created at least a bit of interim
scholarship, in the form of the only (to my knowledge) collated text of
"Double Falshood". In particular, I believe I have a better text than
Muir's 1970 facsimile. (Don't even mention Graham's 1920 printing,
which should be avoided at all costs.)
I have put an HTML text at:
http://pws.prserv.net/jwkennedy/Double%20Falshood.html
and a plain text at:
http://pws.prserv.net/jwkennedy/Double%20Falshood.txt.
A TEI version is in the works. (At present, this is held up while I
learn TEI 4 and XSLT, so that I can automate the other versions.)
I have put an errata sheet for the Muir edition at:
http://pws.prserv.net/jwkennedy/Muir%20errata.html.
