We take Peter Bridgman's point, and yes indeed many silly things have
been said over the years by those who will not learn elementary
probability theory, but wouldn't his lesson be more forceful if it were
shorter?

Dear Colleagues,

Peter Bridgman, in Shakespeare and the Qu'ran, romps happily through the
murky world of cyberology. I think he deserves a mighty round of cheers,
in whatever combination of languages might seem appropriate, for the
bright light he sheds on the whole subject of Shakespeare's
crypto-linguistic genius!

(Or should one say for the refreshing dash of cold water?)

Thank you!

CHEERS,
Mario

Wonderful! Brilliant! And this will encourage further scholarly too,
I'm sure. Might Shakespeare also have written the Baghavad Gita? the
Uphanishads? the Autobiography of Malcolm X? Where will it stop? I
await the proofs with breathless excitement!
