One rather obvious way of getting a different perspective on the size of
Hal's army at Agincourt would be to consult authoritative French
histories. They are not necessarily any less nationalistic, nor any more
accurate, than the English, but have they maintained the idea of a
near-parity of the two armies? Anybody know?
