Subject:     Explanation for Delay in Postings


Dear All,


I seem to be apologizing more often than I should. So I won’t apologize but explain.


Every time, I make a change to my home Verizon services, I end up spending a week or so in the nether worlds. 


It happened once again, and I have only just gotten my Internet service restored after nearly a week without it.


I have many submissions in my inbox, so I thought that I would begin with the announcements and move on from there. I do, however, have something this evening and will not be able to work probably beyond the announcements today. I hope to get to the remaining submissions tomorrow.

[Editor’s Note: Folks, Yesterday when I wrote this message I had 15 minutes of Internet service before it stopped once more. Yet another telephone call this morning and I finally got through to the right person to get the Network Technician to fix the problem that has plagued me for a week. –Hardy]
