Subject: Songs in Twelfth Night
The tune entitled "O Mistress Mine" in Morley's *Consort Lessons*
has nothing to do with the song in *Twelfth Night* beyond the title.
Apart from the difficulty of fitting the words to the tune, the same
tune is found in Paris, Bibl. Nat., MS Res. 1122, with a fuller
title "O mistris myne I must", indicating that it was intended for
different words.
