In a recent contribution Luc Borot mentions the list of Shakespeare
off-shoots at the Centre des Etudes Elisabethaines in Montpellier.
Am I the only one who is intrigued by this, but does not quite remember
what exactly it offers? I for one should like to hear more about it.

[Luc was referring to the "SPINOFF BIBLIO" file on the SHAKSPER FileServer.
This file is a bibliography of poems, novels, plays, and films inspired by
Shakespeare's life and works. I update it regularly, but I have not as yet
included the "Moonlighting" SHREW or other spinoffs mentioned lately.

SHAKSPEReans can retrieve "SPINOFF BIBLIO" by issuing the interactive
command, "TELL LISTSERV AT UTORONTO GET SPINOFF BIBLIO SHAKSPER." If your
network link does not support the interactive "TELL" command (i.e. if you
are not directly on Bitnet), or if Listserv rejects your request, then
send a one-line mail message (without a subject line) to LISTSERV@utoronto,
reading "GET SPINOFF BIBLIO SHAKSPER."

Should you have difficulty receiving this file, please contact the editor,
<This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.> or <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>.

For an updated version of the file list, send the command "GET SHAKSPER FILES
SHAKSPER" in the same fashion. For further information, consult the
appropriate section of your SHAKSPER GUIDE. --hmc]
